Keep your resume updated. I was reached out to by a hiring rep via email. Applied on the company website, got a phone interview, two in person interviews. The job didn't start until two months after but they let me know ahead of time that I had the job. Just had to pass the background check, if it's not expunged then let them know about it. Don't do drugs because there is also a thorough drug test involved.

Interview
I am currently internal so I applied online. Had a 15 minute screening call with the recruiter asking basic questions. First interview was with hiring manager. Very conversational with a couple "formal" questions. Second interview with the sales team. More difficult trying to drill down to how I work and why I should be chosen.
Very professional, interviewer was polite, thorough, timely, asked relevant questions. I was made to feel comfortable and I would describe it as a pleasant experience. I would recommend applying for positions with this company

How do you handle difficult/challenging conversations
There was an assessment followed by a phone interview with a recruiter then a virtual panel interview with a senior manager and two supervisors. The phone interview was no more than 20 mins and the panel interview was 45mins. I received an offer after a week.
