The interview process what easy, it was in a group setting amongst current employees (managers) and the new hires. We were asked about previous customer service experience and how would we deal with a difficult customer. Being able to speak up and give input was the most vital part of the process.

Describe your most difficult task with your previous employer and how did you overcome those obstacles?
It was pleasant at first but once they learned i didnt speak english, even thought it wasnt required, they moved to try and disqualify me. Was not a nice experience.

Tell me about a time you had to overcome an obstacle.
The interview process was very long from initial interview to onboarding. It wasn’t anyone’s fault, just very corporate and loots of hoops to get through. The people are nice and want to help as much as possible.
