I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Comcast
Interview
The recruiter called me out of the blue (this was not pre-scheduled) and started rattling off questions. She did not ask if it was a good time for me to speak.
One of the questions she asked was whether I had experience in the telecommunications industry. There are only three companies on my resume, so a quick Google search could have answered her question. After I said no, she said that they probably wouldn't continue with the interview process because that's a trait the company is looking for. The call was an unplanned waste of her time and mine.
It was pleasant at first but once they learned i didnt speak english, even thought it wasnt required, they moved to try and disqualify me. Was not a nice experience.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to overcome an obstacle.
The interview process was very long from initial interview to onboarding. It wasn’t anyone’s fault, just very corporate and loots of hoops to get through. The people are nice and want to help as much as possible.
