Interview
First was contacted by a recruiter and had a 30 minute phone interview. Was told to fill out an application and assessment online. Was then offered "interview" which turned out to be an information session with about 20-30 other people. I then had my actual interview the following week. I was offered a position after the interview before leaving. The following week I was told there was no room left in the class so I would have to wait for the next class beginning 3 months later.

Mostly questions about how you can handle difficult customers or difficult situations. One question regarding a situation where you made the wrong choice and what you learned from that.

Interview
I am currently internal so I applied online. Had a 15 minute screening call with the recruiter asking basic questions. First interview was with hiring manager. Very conversational with a couple "formal" questions. Second interview with the sales team. More difficult trying to drill down to how I work and why I should be chosen.
Very professional, interviewer was polite, thorough, timely, asked relevant questions. I was made to feel comfortable and I would describe it as a pleasant experience. I would recommend applying for positions with this company

How do you handle difficult/challenging conversations
There was an assessment followed by a phone interview with a recruiter then a virtual panel interview with a senior manager and two supervisors. The phone interview was no more than 20 mins and the panel interview was 45mins. I received an offer after a week.
