I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Comcast (Philadelphia, PA) in Nov 2019
Interview
After applying online, I received an email to conduct a phone interview, with the hiring manager, about 2 weeks later. The phone interview lasted about 10 minutes and the manager seemed to focus on ensuring my resume was legit and I had a good attitude. The following week, I received another email from the hiring manager to come in for an in-person interview, with him and his manager. The interview was in the Technology Center in Philly. The interview was a very pleasant time, and I felt an awesome connection between the two gentlemen. It felt very informal and personal. They were focused heavily on me as a person and my past work. I left the interview excited and hopeful to get the position.
They conducted the interview on a Friday afternoon and I received an offer that following Monday.
phone screening was easy because the recruiter has no idea about computer science...I wish recruiters can more knowledgeable...interview is overall easy. prepare for behavioral questions that can get tricky sometimes
