Interview
There is a brief phone interview and then you are emailed an assessment. This is an emotional intelligence sort of quiz, to get an idea of what an individuals reaction would be in certain scenarios.

Describe a time you failed. What did you do, how would you change it next time?
Great, easy so far seem to have multiple interviews. First with a recruiter, then the second with management. Both have been via video call. the time between the first and second interview was about a week.
You fill out an application. Then you take an online assessment. Then they call you for a video interview over Microsoft Teams. Then they say you are a good fit and will try to get you in for a specific position, promising to fast track you once it becomes available, saying it definitely will, keeping you on the hook for over a month, then ghost you.

Interview
The Interview process takes a very long time and from personal experience took two months in total. From the 1st interview to getting a call with an offer to accepting the position.
