The interview process was incredibly fast and seemed to be great until realizing they already had a candidate in mind. It was a series of pre-recorded video questions that seemed to just ask geographical questions.

Interview process is super thorough and can take some time. Applied for the job in January, had an initial video interview, and then heard back from the recruiter in March, with a final decision in May. Went through 4 rounds of interviews with various levels of team members and stakeholders.
