I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Comcast (Jacksonville, FL)
Interview
It was the hardest interview Ive ever had. The asked me to step out of the office and when they brought me back in they told me they felt as if I was too over qualified to be in the sales position so therefore I wasn't a good fit. I know I am an excellent sales person and this was the job I wanted so I must have came off a little too strong.

Question 1
If I were a tomato in a bowl of salad what do I tell the person who was about to eat the salad in order to save myself and not have him eat me.
It was quick and easy. I was interviewed by two managers. One manager was observing and the other was asking me questions. They were very nice people. At the end of the interview I was offered the job.
It was quick and easy not much to say in a negative light I actually really enjoyed my experience. I never really enjoyed these types of questions until I interviewed with them.

Tell me about a time where you had to go above and beyond
My interview with comcast was very easy going and thorough. The interview felt very much like a back and forth conversation and less of a Q&A typical interview. I also found the interviewer to be very knowledgeable and the conversation was very informative.
