I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Comcast (Oakland, CA) in Mar 2013
Interview
first of all you want to get an employee to get you in the door. The recruiters Comcast hires are the sleaziest and cheapest they can find. You will sit in-front of your supervisor, if they like you the director, and if they like you offer letter and then your off to training.
It was quick and easy. I was interviewed by two managers. One manager was observing and the other was asking me questions. They were very nice people. At the end of the interview I was offered the job.
It was quick and easy not much to say in a negative light I actually really enjoyed my experience. I never really enjoyed these types of questions until I interviewed with them.

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you had to go above and beyond
My interview with comcast was very easy going and thorough. The interview felt very much like a back and forth conversation and less of a Q&A typical interview. I also found the interviewer to be very knowledgeable and the conversation was very informative.
