Initially, I had a great experience: the interviewer and I really "clicked" during our phone interview and I was quickly invited to take the personality survey. After submitting the survey, I received an email from the interviewer asking to set up a 2nd interview. I replied twice by email, then left a voicemail and a final email to confirm this meeting but never heard from them again! I understand that job searches can take companies in different directions at the drop of a hat but I would expect them to communicate that to current candidates! I don't think its too much to ask- after all, THEY approached ME for a 2nd interview. In the end, it probably worked out for the better: I would prefer that my future boss is conscientious and a good communicator, so I'm not sure this would have been a good fit for me.
