I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Comfort Keepers (Winter Haven, FL) in Sep 2016
Interview
Was called in after passing the initial application and had a 1-on-1 with the recruiter, Becky. Met with her very briefly and was mostly asked about availability, given that my qualifications were clearly laid out in the application and resume. After it appeared that I would be a good fit, she inspected my car and asked to see my license, car insurance, and social security card. There will be a follow-up email with further instructions after my references are called. Drug screen and background check will be required before starting.

Interview
I arrived early. The interviewer expressed concerns about hiring me because the job didn’t pay very well, and she was concerned that I would quit. At the conclusion of the interview, she said she was impressed with me and would be moving forward, and would send me texts and emails about next steps later that day. I never heard from them again. While I initially thought the interview went well, I felt like the conclusion was unprofessional and unnecessary.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Comfort Keepers (Limerick, Limerick) in Oct 2023
Interview
Very nice, basic questions about my experience and my general personality/capability. Then just a lot of hypothetical situation questions to see how you’d do on the job. Interviewer was very nice and kind. She also told me they don’t mind if you have no experience, being a caring competent individual is enough.
