Went to a cna interview fair. The questions were fairly easy and didn't have to prepare for them. The manager was very nice, I was able to be myself. Asked a lot of what if and scenario questions.

Very kind interview process not intimidating at all in any way. Walked in very nervous left feeling confident. The person who interviewed me was a wonderful kind lady that truly took the time to understand why i wanted to work with chi and be apart of the team.

Interview
In was very in depth.they asked questions about what you would do in certain scenarios. Also ask about what feel about certain aspects of the job your applying for. They let you know what they require of and if you feel like you can do it. They let you know right then if you have the job and what rest of hiring process is. Must pass a background check and drug test. Also submit references and those references must be good. You have 48 hours to have the references completed. If everything comes back good you are officially hired.
