I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CommonSpirit Health in Feb 2023
Interview
Called for an interview, made an appointment, and met with the department manager. Another manager was present, in more of a passive capacity which I felt was appropriate, given that they both shared a work area. The interview started with standard questions (i.e. Tell us about yourself, what are your goals, etc.). Scenarios were presented, and I was impressed that it went beyond an "Ask and answer" approach. Rather, they assessed my understanding of my answers, which also provided some insight into my thought process. It was obvious to me that they truly cared about the quality of the candidate, and not just finding someone who met the minimum requirements.
