I went through 2 interviews and the way I found out I did not get the job was by a generic email that said "We have reviewed your resume and have carefully considered your qualifications. While your skills are certainly impressive, we have selected another candidate for this position. " I was a little surprised I did not at least get a real email letting me know that I was not chosen. Thank you for my resume? What about the actual interviews I did? Especially after waiting 3 weeks from my first interview until my 2nd interview.
