I recieved a phone call from the patient care services manager or director to discuss my background and qualifications briefly. At the end of this call, i was asked to participate in a zoom interview with both her and the manager for the telemetry unit. During this call I recieved an offer and was told HR would call to follow up with me.

Question 1
Describe a time during your last position you faced an ethical dilemma and describe how you handled it.
Interview was fairly easy going. I was given the option to come in person or interview via FaceTime. I interviewed with the director and manager who both were very professional and nice.

Interview
I interview with 2 managers. My interview lasted around 15-20 min. I was asked the normal interview questions (tell me about yourself, strengths/weaknesses, etc.). They asked a lot of situational/behavioral questions, so you should have some stories of past experiences in my before going into the interview. The managers were very professional and kind, which made the interview process less nerve-wracking, as compared to other interviews I have taken.
