Commvault Inside Sales interview questions

Applied the role online and shortly received a call from the recruiter. 1st round of interview was with the hiring manager and the questions asked were mostly found from typical interview questions. One week later, another recruiter called to arrange for 2nd round of interview, only to receive another call from the 1st recruiter saying that they found someone who is able to start immediately, so they have to cancel the scheduled 2nd interview. What I found more shocking and unprofessional is to see the hiring manager posting not shortly after that they are still looking.
