Comparion Insurance Agency interview questions

I had 3 levels of interviews plus I was asked to create a marketing plan on how I would strategically bring in more leads. I was okay with this because I am new to the industry and it allowed me to visualize how I would succeed in the insurance industry.

It was a decent interview process. You go through an initial phone interview, where you answer general questions. Next, you have a on camera interview with your potential sales manager. Lastly, if you are able to move forward from your on camera interview, you will be scheduled to interview with your potential district sales manager and so on.
