Compass Agent Experience Manager interview questions

Found the job on Linkedin and applied on the company website. 3 days later the recruiter reached out and we scheduled a 30 min phone interview 1.5 weeks out. Basic conversation, went over comp and benefits right up front, reviewed my background. From there, we set up another call for the following week with a Sr AEM where he asked basic situational questions (tell me about a time, are you more x or y). The next day, the recruiter asked about availability for a 90 minute total interview and sent me a prompt to work on before meeting. Prompt was a scenario to see how you'd set up an onboarding and handle a potential issue. Final interview was three 30 min video calls with a Sr AEM, an AEM and the Regional Manager. Got the offer the next day. Final step was providing three professional references to fill out an online form. Everyone was very nice and laid out the next steps very clearly on what was expected and what they were looking for. Overall process was about 3.5 weeks, they had mentioned that they were filling a vacant position, so this may have been faster than normal.

The interview process included four video interviews with different members of the team and one writing activity. The recruiter was slow to respond. The coordinator was quick to confirm the next rounds with each person. After 3+ weeks with no response after the last interview, the recruiter called to say they decided to proceed with someone else.
