Compass Agent Operations Associate interview questions

Fairly straight forward. I applied on the site for an opportunity in Boston in August and had a phone screen with Charlie (one of the recruiters in NY) set up within two weeks. The following week I had another phone interview with someone in the Boston office in the role. Two weeks after I had an in person interview with two people in the role and the GM of the Boston market which lasted 1.5 hours. Everyone I engaged with here was extremely friendly to speak with. Had I made it past this round this last would have been a Skype session with someone in another market. The culture at this organization is truly remarkable (I've worked at some other software companies and you can tell they really care about this here.) I was looking forward to the potential of joining the organization but did not receive an offer. When I reached out to Charlie he offered to set up a call to give feedback (something extremely rare from what I've encountered especially for internal recruiters.) Overall a really great company and candidate experience. I hope in the future there are other opportunities that may fit my career as this place really is innovative and seems to treat employees and candidates alike really well.

I had a phone screen interview with a Senior Recruiter from the corporate office to begin. That was followed by three more rounds of interviews over the course of about a month ... 1) An In-Person with the head of the local office and a current member of the office's Agent Ops Team 2) A video interview with a senior Agent Ops Associate for the region 3) 2 video interviews back to back with HQ staff -- a People & Culture Associate and someone on the Office Operations team It was a long and drawn-out process without any discussion of compensation or benefits at any stage. In the end two weeks went by without any word (after sending thank-you emails following my final round of interviews). To close the loop, I reached out to the Senior Recruiter to confirm my assumption that they had hired another candidate.
