The interview process was super quick and easy. I applied online, and got a call back within 30 minutes. I went in that afternoon and met with the CEO, Office Manager, and one other employee. They were all so kind and polite and very professional. They really care about the company and definitely wanted to make sure they found the right fit for the company.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Compass (New York, NY) in Aug 2015
Interview
3rd party recruiter submitted my resume on my behalf and I was asked to do a one-way video interview. After I submitted I was requested to come in for an in person meeting. Sat in with another EA and the head of HR. Stayed speaking with them for about 40 minutes, and then they pulled in another person that I would directly support on the fly, saying they were excited for me to meet with him. As I was leaving they said they would try to get me back tomorrow to meet with my final boss. I came back next morning and had a great chat with him for about 30 minutes. I believe I got an offer within a few days.
