An initial email was sent to confirm the telephone interview and the details.
The call came in promptly, which was good and mindful of my time.
During the interview, the interviewer was pleasant, understanding, patient and warm.
Overall, the interview went well.
The process was super easy. They conducted my interview over the phone. It literally took 5 minutes. I was ask about 4/5 question and then informed about the next steps (mandatory training process)
I was asked questions about my knowledge/experience in hospitality then technical questions about handling customer service. The interviewer was nice and the interview did not take too long. I understood every question and the terms and conditions.
