I got referred to by an acquaintance who handed in my cv to the manager. In two days I received a phone call and arranged a personal interview which was held in company's premises. The interview was very easy, got asked about my experience and basic questions about customer service.

It was an onsite interview, face to face, questions about previous experience were asked, only 2 rounds were conducted.
