Formal interview process with Rogers. Discussed background in real estate and commission structure. It's just a big cattle call. They are always hiring contract employees but you only get one interview opportunity.
The whole process was seamless, and professional, I met with 3 people on different teams and the head of sales. Everyone was professional and engaging. I had two rounds in person.
