Stressful, time consuming, and drawn out. There was a lack of communication and clarity from the recruitment team at Compass. I had to undergo six (6) separate interviews and in some cases who I was supposed to meet with was switched up during the interview. They wouldn't respond to my emails asking how many interviews I should expect and in general I didn't feel very taken care of as a candidate interested in working for Compass. The worst experience I've had in my career.
