After submitting my resume, I was asked to answer a series of four questions that were loosely related to the pending position. About a week later, I received a rejection letter. The process was flawed. Having been in the hiring chair many times, written inquiries like this are used later in the process. In-person interviews are much better at understanding the person and his/her strengths than written questions and answers.
