Compass HR-related Role interview questions

I submitted an online application and relatively quickly after I was contacted for a phone interview. The day of the interview, the interview was moved to the following week. The interview seemed to go well however I never heard back from the recruiter (even after I followed up). It is certainly disappointing (and unprofessional) to never hear back especially after I demonstrated the amount of time and research I had done in preparing for the interview and learning about the company.
