Overall process took about a month - applied online, call with recruiter, video interview loop with 2 members of team and manager, and a video presentation on 2 marketing prompts.
Received an email from a recruiter to setup an initial phone screening after applying through LinkedIn. In this call they provided background on the role, company, and asked me the basic tell me about yourself. This call lasted about 20 mins and asked me to send in availability for video interviews with 3 team members. They were upfront about the pay ($68K cap) which seemed low but they thought they'd be able to round up to $70K.
Next was three separate video interviews with 2 team members and the department manager. Overall, they asked questions that applied to the role and what I saw here on Glassdoor - handling clients (agents are the clients), managing client expectations, marketing campaigns with large and small budgets, strategies specific for real estate agents.
Received an email 2 days later from the recruiter to setup the final presentation (video again) and was provided 2 different prompts to come up with campaigns around - one for a listing and one for the local Compass office. They also asked for 3 references at this point. Presentation was with the same 3 people I had video interviews with previously.
Got rejected via email the next week. Overall the interview process was handled well by the recruiters and marketing team. Everyone had wonderful feedback during the process so getting rejected was a bit of a surprise.
