I would expect even in Covid a company this size would be a little more professional than it has been. I initially applied to a role off the site and was contacted by a recruiter to set a call, we had a call schedule and she never showed up nor responded to an email asking to reschedule. Then a week later was contacted by another recruiter who sent a scheduling link and never referenced what happened to the last call, and this recruiter has not responded to schedule a call. If there are issues going internally with that department why not just communicate with candidates instead of leaving a bad impression of the organization with them.
