Compass Strategic Account Manager interview questions

Most terrible interview process I've ever gone through. The first time someone reached out to me, I responded and I literally never heard from them again. The second time someone reached out to me, they never got back to me and after my 3rd follow up, they told me they're no longer interviewing for that position yet a week later I saw them repost the position on Linkedin. The 3rd time sealed the deal with me never applying to work at this company ever again. Each interviewer asks the same exact questions, which is standard, except for the fact that they take a full week to get back to you after every interview, there are 8 people to talk to in total and after 2 months of going through this grueling process answering the same questions over and over again, I didn't get the job. The feedback they provided me with was complete opposite of what they told me they were looking for in the beginning.
