CompuCom Desktop Support Technician interview questions

The interview was rather informal but it felt comfortable. I was asked of my job roles in my past experiences. They asked me what did I know about the company itself. He tested my knowledge at troubleshooting by asking me how I would approach solving a problem he was having with his laptop during interview

Maybe a 2 or 3 minute phone interview with CompuCom HR. Followed by a similar 2 to 3 minute interview with the mgmt of site that is contracting me. I was asked about my previous experience, and it was a fit to the hiring mgrs expectations. I was offered a job a day or two later I believe.
