Computer Task Group interview questions

Since this is basically a staffing agency, the interview with Computer Task Group was based on the specific clients need. They went through what seemed like a basic checklist that the client had assembled. There were no surprises since they had pre-screened the candidates for the qualifications as directed by the client.

I was contacted via my linked in profile for a job opportunity. My recruiter at CTG worked diligently and quickly with me communicating constantly on what was needed. I had an initial interview with the manager for the CTG partner team. The next day I had an interview with the client site. Both interviews were pretty standard and general questions were asked about knowledge of the project needs. I was offered the position as a salaried employee with CTG within a week from initial recruiter contact. The process of onboarding is pretty smooth as they an online portal to fill out all the standard hiring forms.
