You first must pass a required test before moving forward for consideration and you are called in for interview. Following interview you will be contacted by recruiter for further steps.

The hiring process starts with a background check and physical. Then it moves on to a computerized test that covers basic math, reading and writing comprehension, and doing a mock phone call. Once that get done, you'll have your formal interview. Try not to put off by two people asking you questions and writing down your exact answer word-for-word. After that, you're in a 6 month probation period that includes hands-on interactions with customers.
