Email then phone call to schedule interview. Interview is a little over an hour. Its a panel interview with your manager and a co-worker. Response within 2-4 weeks. Questions were systematic. More of behavioral and leadership questions. Very few if any technical questions. Technical questions that should be learned prior to the interview are basics about transformers and transmission lines.

Applied through career center, on campus interview that was not very difficult at all. There were two employees from the specific department that I was applying for. The interviewers were very friendly and professional.
Interview was with Senior Engineer and Manager of group that eventually hired me. They followed a list of questions closely (mainly situational/behavioral type questions and background information). The interview lasted roughly 40 minutes.
