If you qualify to take the Junior Designer aptitude test you'll be pleased to find it is fairly straightforward. It involves basic circuit equations for voltage, current, power and its corresponding laws. It includes reading comprehension, basic arithmetic, and logic questions. You have plenty of time.

2.5 hour interview. 20 yes or no questions to start interview basically asking if you’re able to do the job requirements (overtime, travel, read/write). Rest of interview is behavioral questions nothing to do with engineering.

6 hours long test basics electrical physics, math, logic. If you don't pass first part, you can try again in a month. 1,5h long interview. Behavioral questions. If job offered must have a drive license. Overall veery long employment process.
