• As a CSR, every day is the same. Some customers may be challenging to deal with but as long as all incoming calls (regardless of the caller's manners) are answered in a professional manner, you'll survive long enough to get out of the call center. That is the entry level position to get your foot in the door and then the immediate goal is to move on to a higher position asap before you lose your mind. Taking 60-80 calls per day (back to back) can be very stressful and emotionally challenging.
