I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Con Edison (New York, NY)
Interview
Easy mostly behavioral questions like what are your work/student experiences. There is a screener from HR and then a 2nd round with multiple senior engineers who ask questions off of a list
This internship experience was great and it helped me develop better as a person, work, and really helped me develop my professional skills. Taking what i learned from the classroom into the work force
The i review was done by 2 people. It was scripted. Questions were atraighforward. Company policies, integrity, work ethic, previous employment, etc. interview was easy. It was conducted by two supervisors.
The Con Edison interview process can be tough. The process is long as there are multiple rounds of interviews. Additionally, there are long wait times to hear back from hiring managers. There is also an expectation to have a great deal of knowledge even in entry level positions.
