I applied online. I interviewed at Con Edison (Long Island City, NY) in Apr 2015
Interview
I applied in February and didn't get contacted for the assessment until April. The first test is super easy (at least to me), I did the second test about 2 weeks ago and haven't heard back yet. Considering it took 2 months for the initial contact, I'm not surprised. The second test is a little more difficult, it's very easy to get nervous during this one. I was told there are two more stage to the process and in-person interview and a background check.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Con Edison (New York, NY)
Interview
The interview was long and in-depth but covered things that seemed like appropriate gauges for the role's expectations. Be prepared to show your best face and customer friendliness. Make it clear that you can separate business from personal.
Interview Process was pretty easy and straight to the point. Questions asked were pretty much scenario based questions. The interview was with two people each asking you one scenario at a time. Wasn’t difficult. Just think before responding and you shall be good.

Question 1
Describe a time you dealt with a difficult customer and what was the outcome?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Con Edison (Brooklyn, NY) in Aug 2024
Interview
The interview process was pretty lengthy. During the interview, the majority of the questions were scenario related. The other portions were about prior experience with customer service. Certain questions were harder than others, but an overall good experience.
