Interview was pretty straight forward. first round was phone interview about resume and background. Second interview was another phone interview discussing behavioral questions. Interviewer is the manager that you are working under so interview process determines the type of boss u will have

The i review was done by 2 people. It was scripted. Questions were atraighforward. Company policies, integrity, work ethic, previous employment, etc. interview was easy. It was conducted by two supervisors.
The Con Edison interview process can be tough. The process is long as there are multiple rounds of interviews. Additionally, there are long wait times to hear back from hiring managers. There is also an expectation to have a great deal of knowledge even in entry level positions.
