Con Edison Sr. Specialist interview questions

Behavioral events interview questions based on previous experiences and explanation of work relations deaing with uncooperative team members. Discussion of technical questions relating to the job and opportunity to ask additional questions about the job.

First interview was over the phone, they asked technical questions about the job description. Second interview was in person at their office and it was only behavioural questions. Person interviewing was very nice.
