Concentra Center Operations Director interview questions

Emailed a link to take an automated interview. Mr. Robotic asks a series of general fluff questions. Didn't see much purpose in thus step. It was quick and easy though. Asked roughly 6 questions. You have 10 seconds to think before the beep to begin speaking after each question is read to you.

Automated phone interview, interview with Area Medical Director, Area Operations Director and Area PT Director. Second interview with Area Operations Director and Regional Operations Director. I felt the second interview was a complete waste of my time. I was e-mailed three hours later, and the e-mail indicated that they could not proceed any further. If they felt so strongly that I was not a good fit, why even bother with a second interview? Communication was also lacking; interview location, date and time were changed, and although I was told 9 a.m. clearly in an e-mail, they believed my interview was for 11 a.m. Honestly, it's their loss.
