Pretty easy but took a while before someone got back to me. Scheduling was easy and appointment times were flexible. They were communicative and very open about the job and why they were looking to hire.
Initial call with recruiter to go over if the job is what I was looking for. Then was invited to interview in person with the center director and assistant director as well as a tour of the center. Got a call a few days later from the recruiter with acceptance.
