Interview
It is done via one phone call and numerous online tests and assesssments. The applicant submits their resume online. Once received, they reach out to you via email. Then you are emailed different tasks to complete. Once that is submitted, you are then possibly selected to go the next step. You schedule a phone interview, and they tell you they will let you know either way in 2-3 weeks. I am still waiting.... been over 3 weeks now.
Apply-Brief Skills Assessment(Personality tests and number matching)-Job-specific assessment(computer literacy,svar spoken English, typing, and email writing test)-Phone call Interview(The interviewer asked me about basic customer service/tech support questions. The interviewer was really good, listened to my answers without interruption)

The process is easy overall just score good on there basic tests, the overall process is time consuming, and always when given a choice for interview try to select the most closest date they have batches of hiring and might not hire later

Couple of assesment and then 2 rounds of virtual interview. First round lasted for one hour. General questions easy to answer In the second round/final round more situation based questions.
