Interview
First is HR round after that written test and telephone round and last one is ops round. After that you are selected. They will give you offer letter. But seriously it's great organisation to learn and for careers growth.
There were 3-4 rounds, varying from person to person. If a person is directly hired, then maybe 3 rounds, and if through a consultancy, then 4.
A Versant round for fluency check.
A managerial round.
