I applied through a consultancy (Ignite Human) I told them in beginning that I was in Bangalore but before 10 days I came back to my hometown. They didn't mentioned that its mandatory to be available locally in Bangalore. I cleared all rounds. Ist round: Recording of voice ( IVR will ask you few questions and you have to record your answers and each answer must be recorded within time limit. As you don't have to stop recording your answer. As much as you can record) 2nd round: HR Round (Mostly tell me something about yourself). 3rd round: Aptitude Test ( 40 questions based on computer knowledge and logical reasoning). Time limit is 40 minutes. 4th round: Versant Test (Email writing, Paragraph writing, IVR will tell you a sentence and we have to write exactly the same, Sentence completion) 5th Round: OPS/Manager's Round (About yourself, Education, Previous experience if any and salary discussion). WHEN I COMPLETED ALL ROUNDS AT THE END IN MANAGER'S ROUND THEY TOLD ME YOUR CURRENT LOCATION ISN'T BANGALORE SO WE WILL GET BACK TO. EVEN I MENTIONED IN BEGINNING I'M NOT IN BANGALORE AND I MENTIONED ON MY RESUME THAT MY CURRENT LOCATION ISN'T BANGALORE STILL THEY TOLD ME AT THE END AFTER I INVESTED MORE 3 TO 4 DAYS CLEARING OF 4 ROUNDS.
