Interview
It's actually a Customer Services masked in there. There was two Online Language Assessments and Typing Test and a form to fill up. Once pass, they will call you to ask for video call interview. Once they set the date, they didn't call or send an email on the interview details. Just ghost out. Called them several times no was one picking up. And also I remember when she said the Maximum salary given is RM2900 and no negotiations. She has the nerve to say "Don't keep your hopes high on the salary". For those who is seeking job in this field, go and checkout the AVERAGE salary for this position. You will be surprised on how much they are willing to pay less than the person deserve.

Online Language Assessments consists on comprehension, listening skills, and listen and repeat what is being said in the audio, audio conversation between customer and client and answer some questions

Interview
It was not easy. It went for around 53 minutes. The interviewer was really friendly. He started with basic introductory question and that the level of hardness got increased for the question. Although I didnt get selected, I learnt alot.

it's quite hectic process and lot of rounds will be there and the details are not precise and they need to check multiple things which is not required as well the salary

Straightforward, interview with team leader who listed all the responsibilities and expectations of this role. Stated clearly that no previous experience was necessary, since there would be 1 month of classroom training.
