Interview was interactive, normal situation based “tell me a time when you?” Kinda questions usually related to customer service. The recruiters are nice and they won’t put you under unnecessary pressure. There were 2 interview sessions and the recruiter will tell you what to expect.

It was quick and smooth… however it took some time from offer letter to actual start
It was actually a remote interview, already programmed so no physical interviewer… just you being on camera and answering all the questions ..

How to guide a customer who had issues with device… their device wasn’t powering on
If you have a good communication skill you may crack it.
They will check your customer service skills such as empathy, patience, problem solving adaptability, time management etc
Interviewers are very friendly and personally I never had a bad experience.

The interview process at the time was very quick, friendly faces and accommodating. Its not a bad place for starters. The interviewers were open to questions and some would get you comfortable during the process
