Relativamente fácil. Primero te hacen una entrevista a ver si tienes el background correcto, después tienes que hacer un test en inglés oral y marque con equis.
Si pasas ese,te hacen una segunda entrevista.Es en español y la otra en inglés. Te preguntan cosas básicas tipo porque quieres estar ahí,que es costumer service.

Foi realizado online, com perguntas sobre sua disponibilidade, horário e sobre sua experiência profissional.
A entrevista foi bem dinâmica e rápida.
Te deixam bem a vontade e te tratam com acolhimento e respeito.
Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.

Question 1
They asked if I had experience with troubleshooting different types of technical issues.
It was a very easy process with some tests for Typing speeds and internet availability. It was then followed by an AI interview process where we would video our responses.
