Very laid back. The interviewer mainly wanted to make sure that you had a solid grasp on customer service skills, as the job itself required fairly intensive training before you even hit the call floor

Very laid-back vibe. The recruiter did most of the talking. She was very knowledgable and gave helpful information about the company. She focused on the needs of the client and discussed the schedules most needed for the position. All I had to do was partake in one task over the phone, and the job was mine.
