30mins telephone interview. Regular format, job description etc. Although an ok interview, randomly swung from technical questions, to strategy, no competency type questions. Felt like 5 senior roles rolled into one with no focus on any specific area of expertise.
Firm up the deliverables for the role. Use some sort of Objective setting so candidates can position themselves in the role.
