One HR interview with internal recruiter, following by several phone interviews including a video call on Google Hangouts with the line manager's manager. All interviews were positive and I was advised I was making good progress then all went quiet. I followed up and heard nothing back for a while, eventually receiving an email that this I was too junior for the role but something more suitable for me was about to open up. Then I heard nothing back as the company was on an off-site event. Following this I heard nothing back so was very disappointed given I'd sppent roughly 3 hours in phone conversations answering HR questions as well as questions relating to the role and technical SEO and content.
